The proprietary, relational database accessed via API provides for consistent quality during a telemedicine encounter and for documentation purposes. The content is “white-labeled” so it can easily be incorporated into an existing workflow.
The database contains a table of 16,000 alternate terms (including Spanish alternate terms). These terms function as synonyms to allow a provider to quickly, easily, consistently, and accurately select the right diagnosis. The ICD9/ICD10 coding then takes place automatically. The tables allow filtering for “Common Telehealth” and “Common Tele-mental Health” conditions to allow a software system to provide more limited listings.
